About Michael

Michael played for 3 years on varsity during high school. He also played club at Aspire Volleyball club for 3 years. Two of those years his team qualified for Nationals and ended up placing 3rd his senior year, and 5th his junior year.  Michael continued his playing career at Grand View University. During his time as a player, the team was 3-time Conference Champions, and two-time national champions in 2021 and 2022 for the Vikings. 

Michael previously coached at Aspire Volleyball club in Tempe for one year before moving to Des Moines. He has been with Iowa PowerPlex since 2021 helping with summer camps, positional training, the CIVL league and private lessons.
