About Logan

Logan was a 4 sport athlete at Colfax-Mingo, earning 4 varsity letters in track, 3 in volleyball and basketball and 1 in softball. She was also a football manager for 2 years, and was heavily involved in FFA with sheep and pigs, and AWANA. Logan continued her career at Central where she played basketball before an injury. She then became involved in playing intramural sports - sand volleyball, indoor volleyball and basketball. She graduated with a BA in psychology and a minor in English. She went on to get her Masters Degree in School Counseling.

She took the leap into coaching basketball and club volleyball for middle school. She coached for Pearl City Power for 2 years, with one of her 13u teams winning 3 golds, the most in program history. She then moved back to Des Moines to coach middle school basketball and volleyball at Dallas Center Grimes. In 2023 she coached the 13u DCG volleyball team that went to AAU state and made a gold bracket appearance, and went 28-7 on the season. The 2024 season for her 8th grade volleyball term resulted in an undefeated season. She joined PowerPlex in 2024.
