about Lindsay

Lindsay had an impressive high school career at Pella, being a 3 sport letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and soccer. She earned herself 11 total varsity letters as her volleyball team went to state all 4 years, and her basketball and soccer went to state 3 times. Her volleyball team was a 3 year conference champion. She earned second-team all conference and honorable mention for volleyball. She finished her high school career setting a school record for number of digs at 1,227. She played club for the Iowa Rockets from 14-16u, earning a bid to Nationals at 16u.

Lindsay continued her career on a full athletic scholarship to Ashford University, where unfortunately she tore her ACL. She ended up transferring to Grand View University on a volleyball scholarship. Her team was a two-time NAIA National Qualifier, making it to the Elite 8 in 2015. She also played intramural basketball and volleyball during her time at Grand View. 

She started coaching shortly after college, and has coached all different levels. As a coach at Ohana Volleyball Club in 2023, her 14U Regional team took 56th place out of 200 teams at Nationals in Florida. The following year, she took the 15u CVA team to 3rd at ASIC MLK Tournament. She joined Iowa PowerPlex in 2024.
