IBailey joined PowerPlex as a coach in 2017.  In 2021 Bailey and Emilio Mendoza’s 16u team earned a bid to USAV Nationals. They competed in the National division, placing 22nd. In 2022 Bailey and Lauren Kluver’s team earned a bid to USAV Nationals. They competed in the National division and placed 43rd. In 2023, Bailey and Maddie Farrell’s team earned a bid to USA Nationals. They competed in the American division and placed 35th. In 2025, Bailey and Paige Aspinwall’s 12u team placed 2nd at Iowa Regionals, earning them an American bid for USAV Nationals.
